Check that your operating system matches the available build. If SmartScreen, Gatekeeper, antivirus software, or an endpoint policy blocks the app, verify that the installer came from this page and review the release notes before retrying.
A license is not required just to read this page. If the product requires activation after install, use the license page for email, license key, offline use, and machine transfer details.

Backbeat Forge 0.1.9 keeps Professional features unlocked when an installed license is refreshed after startup.
Purchases and activation stay with the distribution channel you choose: website editions use an emailed license key; a Store build exposes native purchase only when that Store offer is published, and restores entitlements through your Microsoft account.
Use the NSIS setup executable for the Windows desktop build.

Backbeat Forge is a local drum-transcription workbench for turning a full mix or isolated drum stem into readable, editable five-line drum notation with PDF and General MIDI delivery.
Built as the drum-focused sibling of LowEnd Forge. It keeps source evidence, performed timing, kit-piece decisions, score editing, playback, and export in one desktop workflow instead of reducing a groove to a colored event list.
Analyze an isolated drum stem directly or separate drums from a full mix before detecting and classifying performed hits with visible confidence.
Review measures, percussion clef, normal and X noteheads, rests, stems, beams, accents, ghost notes, open hats, and kit-piece placement in an editable score.
Export the corrected current draft as a printable multi-page PDF drum chart or channel-10 General MIDI for a DAW or notation application.
Linux users can choose DEB, RPM, or AppImage. Windows users can install with the setup executable.
Use the SHA-256 value beside each artifact to verify downloaded packages before installation.
Paid desktop capabilities activate online in the app with Email + License Key after purchase.
