Hannes Software sells and publishes downloadable desktop software for technical inspection, diagnostics, and engineering workflows.
Paid products are licensed, not sold as source code or ownership of the product. A completed Paddle checkout creates a license fulfillment record for the selected product and license type.
Product pages describe whether a product is available as a free preview, one-time lifetime license, team license, invite-only preview, or not sold. No subscription is created unless the product page and Paddle checkout explicitly describe a subscription.
Licenses are generally activated with the email used at Paddle checkout and a license key issued after payment. Keep your purchase email, Paddle transaction details, license key, and machine details available when requesting license support.
Products
Downloads are provided for the platforms listed on each product page. Product capabilities, supported platforms, package names, and license behavior may change between releases.
Each product page is the primary description of the product being offered. Screenshots, sample reports, help articles, release notes, and license pages are provided so buyers can inspect the workflow before checkout.
You are responsible for using the software with files, devices, captures, media, and records that you are allowed to process. Local processing does not remove your obligation to follow company policy, privacy rules, patient data rules, customer confidentiality requirements, copyright rules, or export controls.
Support is provided through the public contact route. We may ask for product version, operating system, installer name, license email, activation error, sanitized packet capture, sanitized report, screenshot, or minimal reproduction steps.
For purchase, license, or support questions, email
License keys, activation records, release files, and support responses are intended for the customer or team that purchased or received the license. Do not resell, publish, reverse engineer, bypass license checks, redistribute paid installers, or use the software to create a competing hosted service.
The software is provided as a practical tool for inspection, practice, editing, and clinic operations. It is not a guarantee of legal compliance, medical advice, network security, forensic certification, musical accuracy, or successful recovery of every damaged file or failing device.
If a checkout, license record, or product page conflicts with these general terms, contact support before relying on an assumption. Paddle may provide additional checkout, payment, tax, invoice, and dispute terms because Paddle acts as the merchant of record for paid purchases.
For purchase, license, or support questions, email contact support.
