Contact
Route the request to the right product.
Use the product selector for company-level contact. Each product site also keeps its own contact page for product-specific context. You can also email contact support.
Choose the product and topic so the request can go straight to the right workflow: RTSP diagnostics, USB capture, PCAP editing, music practice, guitar tools, bass transcription, or dental clinic management.
For technical support, include the operating system, product version, exact reproduction steps, error text, and the result you expected. If the case involves customer data, packet captures, audio, or clinic records, sanitize it first and send only the smallest sample that proves the issue.
For purchase, license, invoice, or refund questions, include the purchase email, product name, order number, and any activation or machine-transfer details. Requests that block installation, activation, updates, or customer handoff are routed first.
For RTSP Inspector, Bus Scope, and PCAP Surgery cases, describe where the failure appears: connection setup, authentication, SDP, RTP media, USB descriptors, HID reports, checksums, capture trimming, or export handoff. For music tools, name the audio format and the failed step, such as stem separation, vocal removal, slow down without pitch change, transposition, looping, chord detection, bass tab export, or backing track creation.
We do not need a full customer project, clinic database, or unsanitized production capture in the first message. Start with the boundary of the problem, then we can confirm which screenshot, log, sample file, or version detail is useful.
