Practice Rack puts low-latency input, all 16 effects, Cabinet IR with custom WAV loading, tuner, looper, recorder, manual or tap tempo, and three saved user presets into the free Community Edition. Optional licensing removes the preset limit and covers a registered playback-position sync backend command that the current UI does not invoke.
Built for guitarists and bassists who want a fast local practice rig instead of a DAW session or an upload-first tone marketplace. The complete audible rack is free in Community Edition; the optional license has a narrow, explicit boundary around unlimited user presets and the registered playback-position sync integration.

Connect your guitar through an audio interface, choose a small buffer, and keep the monitoring path focused for real-time practice.
Sixteen-effect signal chain
Drag any of the 16 effects into the chain, load a built-in or custom WAV Cabinet IR, reorder blocks, bypass without losing edits, and save the rack as a preset. Every effect is included in the free Community Edition.
Looper, recorder, and tuner
Record and overdub loops, capture practice takes to WAV, and tune up with a fast FFT-based chromatic tuner that shows note, cents, and frequency.
