Hannes Software collects the information you submit through this website, such as contact requests, license requests, support messages, email address, customer name, selected product, requested license type, notes, and machine fingerprint.

Machine fingerprints are used to bind a license file or license code to a desktop installation. They are not used as an advertising identifier.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Checkout and webhook records may include Paddle transaction IDs, selected product, license type, email, customer name, and machine fingerprint so a paid license can be fulfilled and supported.

Current desktop products are designed around local technical workflows and do not require a Hannes Software account system. Product pages may describe additional behavior if a specific product adds online features later.
